1. Main Display

When the gadget is unfurled, the main display needs to be able to withstand external shocks and return to its former shape. The Galaxy Z Flip6 has improved functionality thanks to new materials and design principles that provide flexibility and durability.
Notably, the crease along the folded area is much less pronounced in the Galaxy Z Flip6 compared to earlier models. Besides being stacked with protective film and a more flexible protective layer, the Galaxy Z Flip6’s main display also boasts a more resilient Ultra Thin Glass (UTG) — having increased in thickness by 60%. In addition, high-efficiency organic materials and a new coating technique on the panel with lower reflectivity maximize usage time and make the screen easier to see when outside with a peak brightness that has been boosted from 1,750 to 2,600nits.
2. Hinge
The Galaxy Z Flip6’s svelte form and seamless folding experience are the result of Samsung’s excellent in-house hinge technology. Four drive shafts fold the display into the shape of a droplet of water when the device is folded, maintaining the two displays together for a smooth fit. External shocks are distributed evenly by the symmetric dual-rail structure of the integrated hinge module. The gadget may be utilized in both fully folded and unfolded configurations, as well as at different angles between 75 and 115 degrees. Without a phone stand or tripod, users may use FlexMode to prop up their phones at any angle to watch films or snap pictures.
3. Hinge Cover and Case
Because the hinge cover and case of the Galaxy Z Flip are composed of enhanced armor aluminum, they are more resilient to dents and scratches. 8. Sub PBA
Placed on the speaker and charging terminal side, the sub PBA supports the globally standard USB Type-C connector in addition to multiple radio frequency bands. Additionally, a low-noise Micro Electro Mechanical System (MEMS) microphone is included, which helps with precise voice recognition.
9. Back Cover
