The company has created a beautiful new website to showcase all possible form factors with its flexible OLED panels. The company calls its flexible displays “Flex OLED” and there are five subcategories: Flex Bar, Flex Note, Flex Square, Rollable Flex and Slidable Flex. Flex Bar is intended for foldable shell smartphones such as the Galaxy Z Flip 3. The Flex Note displays are intended for laptops with foldable displays. Flex Square is for foldable smartphones such as the Galaxy Z Fold 3.
Rollable from the South Korean company Flexible screens can be used in devices with roll-up screens, and we may see such devices in the future. LG uses a similar OLED display in one of its roll-up TVs. The sliding screen Flex can be used in smartphones with a sliding screen.
