The rumors were somewhat accurate, but not quite. It appears that September 9 is the day when Apple will announce the iPhone 16 family. Today, the corporation began extending invitations to the media.

The iPhone 16 lineup, new Apple Watch models, the AirPods 4, and formal launch dates for iOS 18, macOS Sequoia, and other software updates from Apple will all be unveiled at this year’s event.

The Action Button, which can be customized, and the new Capture Button, which allows for built-in actions like swiping to zoom in and out or soft pressing to focus, are anticipated to be featured on all four of the upcoming iPhone models. The device’s right-hand side, beneath the power button, will have the Capture Button.

The whole ‌iPhone 16‌ lineup will be able to support the Apple Intelligence features that are coming in ‌iOS 18‌ since Apple is also installing an A18 chip in all models. The normal iPhone 16 models are not anticipated to receive any significant new features; however, the Pro lineup will see a display size increase, with 6.1 and 6.7 inches becoming 6.3 and 6.9 inches, respectively. for the Pro Max and Pro. The 5x Telephoto zoom feature, which was only available on the Pro Max last year, will also be available on both versions.

It is anticipated that the regular Series 10 Apple Watch will have a larger display and a thinner design, however the change will not be drastic. Additionally, Apple intends to update the Apple Watch SE and Apple Watch Ultra. Potential additional health capabilities include blood pressure monitoring and sleep apnea diagnosis, though it’s unclear whether these will be ready for this year’s launch.
