Samsung has just introduced the Galaxy M53 5G smartphone for Europe and some Asian regions. The South Korean conglomerate is now preparing to debut the smartphone in the Indian market this month.

While the company has not yet announced the launch date in India, tipster Mukul Sharma has revealed a teaser poster confirming that the Galaxy M53 5G would be officially released on April 22nd in the Indian market.

We know the smartphone’s specifications because it has previously been released in other areas. It has a 6.7-inch Infinity-O Super AMOLED display with a Full-HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz.

The gadget is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset, which is paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. There is also a microSD card slot, which allows users to increase storage capacity to 1TB.

On the rear, there is a quad-camera arrangement with a 108-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. It has a 32-megapixel front-facing camera for capturing pictures and video calls.

The phone’s connectivity options include Dual SIM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.2, and GPS. It comes pre-installed with the Android 12 operating system and the company’s proprietary Samsung One UI 4.1 bespoke user interface. The phone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery and includes 25W charging capabilities.
