just a few weeks until Samsung debuts the Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, official renderings of the gadget have leaked online, providing us with a much clearer picture of the tough phone’s external design. Even better, the official renderings come with a full spec sheet.
The renderings (via @evleaks) emphasise the phone’s water resistance and ruggedness, as well as the Top Key and certain connection functions. The phone has a removable back cover that conceals the user-removable battery.
Galaxy XCover 6 Pro leaks
The Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, as shown in earlier images, features a ridged back panel design, red components surrounding the cameras, an Infinity-V display notch, and slightly raised bezels to protect the screen in the event of a collision.
Every aspect of the Galaxy XCover 6 Pro hardware is now public knowledge. The hunt for answers has practically concluded, and what greets us at the end of the line is a tough IP68, MIL-STD-810H-certified phone with Gorilla Glass Victus+ screen protection.
The FHD+ resolution 6.6-inch display has a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The user-removable battery has a capacity of 4,050mAH, and the gadget will come with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage that can be expanded through microSD.
A Type-C USB 3.2 connection, a 3.5mm headphone jack, 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou, QZSS, Samsung Knox security, and Android 12 are all included.
The Galaxy XCover 6 Pro includes a 50MP main camera with autofocus as well as an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. The selfie camera has a resolution of 13MP.
Pricing information is unavailable, but Samsung is expected to formally unveil the Galaxy XCover 6 Pro on July 13.
