Google Pixel 7a: now launch Tensor G2

Google Pixel 7a now launch Tensor G2

The Pixel 7a is out and, as usual, comes in a variety of brand-new colors. Google has just updated everyone’s favorite series of low-cost smartphones, as was predicted. That also seems like a great deal!

Coming to replace the Pixel 6a is the Google Pixel 7a. It comes in three fresh colors: the baby blue-like Sea, the reddish Coral, and the well-known Charcoal and Snow. The Coral is only available via Google Store orders, so if you want one, avoid visiting your preferred shop. The good news is that if you get one from Google right now, you’ll also receive a limited-edition Pixel 7a case and a pair of Pixel Buds A-series headphones!

Google Pixel 7a

The Pixel 7a’s design is nothing out of the ordinary, apart from those lovely new colors. a Pixel 7-style clone with somewhat bigger bezels. Not too dramatic, please! In fact, the rear is more like a plastic composite than a metal and glass combination.

The front of the device also includes a 6.1-inch OLED screen with a refresh rate of 90 Hz. You may be wondering, “What corners were cut?” given that the phone costs $499. One of the reasons is that, unlike the “larger” Pixel 7 devices, it is covered by Gorilla Glass 3 rather than the newest Victus. We don’t yet know the actual maximum brightness that the Pixel 7a’s screen can achieve, although it falls short of that of the Pixel 7 and 7 Pro peak brightness. Even so, it does support HDR, so it should be able to become bright enough.

The Tensor G2 processor that drives the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro is also included in the Pixel 7a. Moreover, it has 8 GB of LPDDR5 Memory, the same as the Pixel 7. A 128 GB UFS 3.1 storage layer is also included. It definitely seems like a big deal, then.

We’ll test the Pixel 7a and compare it to its parents, but as of right now, it seems like there aren’t many benefits to choosing the ordinary Pixel 7 over the 7a. Unless you specifically want the variant with 256 GB of storage.

Different cameras are used!

The Pixel 7a also cameras are unique! It features an ultra-wide lens with a 13 MP sensor and a 64 MP primary camera. With a 12 MP ultra-wide camera, the Pixel 7 also includes a 50 MP primary camera.

We all know that the sensor’s pixels are not the only important factor. Don’t simply accept those figures at face value since there is much more that goes into capturing a decent picture. The Pixel 7a, for instance, depends on contrast pixels instead of laser detection autofocus, which may or may not change the camera experience.

Then, several users lauded the Pixel 6a camera from the previous year as being superior to the Pixel 6 in certain situations. Thus, we are eager to get our hands on the new one.
