Yesterday, the Google Pixel 8 screen specs leaked, and now, we have pictures of the phones in cases. The images are just another confirmation of how the phones would look, but they don’t provide any new information that we hadn’t already reported.
The Google Pixel 8, pictured in a transparent case, is looking a lot like its predecessor, the Pixel 7, with both cameras behind one dark pill-shaped glass. Yesterday, we learned the phone’s size might be smaller due to an expected decrease in the screen diagonal, but the camera island will remain a horizontal stripe, protruding from the back.
Google Pixel 8 Pro is pictured in a Blue rubber case with Alcantara lining on the inside, but once again, it doesn’t reveal anything new – all three cameras will be together, while the laser AF and LED flash will sit on the right side. The case will also have a slit for a lanyard, but the quality of the image is pretty low, raising the question of whether it is real at all or just a fan render.
