Motorola announced a few days ago that the Edge 50 Ultra will support 125W rapid charging. The tweet did not show the phone; instead, it displayed an animation of its internal parts. This most recent teaser goes above and beyond. Check out this Motorola Edge 50 Ultra phone that has been painted in “Peach Fuzz,” Pantone’s 2024 Color of the Year. The Razr 40 Ultra and Motorola Edge 40 Neo have already been made in this color.
Returning to the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra, the renderings show the design with the camera island located in the upper left corner. The 72mm periscope is represented by the third lens’s oval form.

We know from rumors that the Ultra will have a curved 6.7″ FHD+ 165Hz display, a 50MP primary camera, and the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor. Thanks to Motorola’s collaboration with Corning, it ought to support Gorilla Glass as well.
Officially, the Motorola Edge 50 event is set for tomorrow, April 16, to coincide with the official launch of the Motorola Edge 50 Pro (Snapdragon 7 Gen 3) in Europe.
We expect to see a Fusion model in addition to the Ultra and Pro (supposedly with Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 and 68W charging). As the Motorola Edge+ 2024, the Ultra ought to make its way to the US as well. For information on the new models’ alleged pricing, see this post.
