There are still months to go until the Galaxy S22 series launches, but many of their features and specifications have already been disclosed. Now their renders have leaked for the first time and they look great. @ OnLeaks and Digit have released the first 3D render images of the Galaxy S22 Ultra, which reveal the smartphone’s design and some features.
The Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22 + are expected to have a 50MP triple camera setup, while the Galaxy S22 Ultra can have a 108MP quad camera setup. All smartphones would have the Exynos 2200 chipset (Snapdragon 898 in some markets), Android 12 with One UI 4, stereo speakers, rated IP68 and a touch fingerprint reader. The Galaxy S22 has a 3,700mAh battery and 25W fast charging. The Galaxy S22 + has a 4,500mAh battery, while the Galaxy S22 Ultra is powered by a 5,000mAh battery.
More importantly, there is a dedicated slot for the S Pen. The Galaxy S22 Ultra is said to have this feature and the available renderings seem to confirm this feature. In essence, the Galaxy S22 Ultra will be the spiritual successor to the Galaxy Note series. the overall design appears to resemble a Galaxy Note, thanks in large part to the square corners.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra was the first in the series to support the S Pen, but the accessory was not integrated. It was sold separately with an S Pen case, and it was a practical, if not very elegant, solution. The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is slated to launch next year, but today we take a first look at Samsung’s next flagship phone. The leaked renders of the Galaxy S22 Ultra sport the curved design and are reminiscent of the Galaxy Note 20.
