One of your greatest options if you want to see an unreleased phone is to take a public transportation journey. As chance would have it, a Reddit member shared some hazy pictures of the long-rumoured Pixel Fold in the hands of a commuter on the subway in New York City.
The photos show what looks to be the phone’s cover screen and its observable black bezels, while the original uploader claims a Google employee is holding the device. Although only one of the photographs is clearly viewable, the others could benefit from using Google’s Photo Unblur tool.
According to the most recent speculations, Pixel Fold would resemble the Oppo Find N2 in terms of appearance, having a small cover display and a huge folding screen.
Samsung Display’s 7.57-inch foldable screen and 5.78-inch panel for the cover display are likely to be included in the Pixel Fold. Another report claims that the Pixel Fold will have a 4,700 mAh battery. The foldable is also believed to go into mass production in Q3, and when it comes, the phone will reportedly cost roughly $1,800. In all likelihood, the Pixel Fold will be shown during the Google I/O conference, which begins on May 10.
