Xiaomi 13 Pro will be available starting this Sunday, December 11. In addition to a new camera design and a fancy green colour, it will also finally receive an official IP classification, which is more significant. In a flashy video shared on Weibo, the business said that the phone would be certified as being resistant to dust and water.

The camera will be capable of taking images in all lighting conditions and will include a setting for starry night photography, something the Xiaomi 12 Pro does not have.

The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) must certify the IP rating before a device may legitimately claim to have ingress protection. Cheap Xiaomi phones have an official IP53 rating, which indicates the device is resistant to light dust and water spray. As with the current flagship Xiaomi 12S Ultra, we anticipate seeing IP68, which means the Xiaomi 13 Pro will be able to endure even more extreme circumstances.

Wilderness Green is the Xiaomi 13 Pro’s flagship colour. It will be offered in a limited-edition set that includes the Buds 4 Pro and a wearable device—possibly a new Watch S2 model—both of which have the same stylish paint job. Additionally, there is a sizable protective cover with a wrist lanyard for the utmost in green comfort.
