The first One UI 5.0 beta update based on Android 13 for the Galaxy S22 series was just made available by Samsung. We now have the updated software installed on our Galaxy S22 Ultra thanks to a number of visual updates and functions that Samsung has included. To find out more about the improvements, see our One UI 5.0 vs. One UI 4.1 comparison video.
More interesting features are being made public as the One UI 5.0 beta upgrade is distributed to more users. Samsung has reportedly introduced an Intelligent Wi-Fi option to the Wi-Fi settings to provide you with additional details about your Wi-Fi network, according to an Android Police reader. Go to Settings » Wi-Fi » Intelligent Wi-Fi to access this new option.
Detailed information about your Wi-Fi connection is available in One UI 5.0
By pressing on the Intelligent Wi-Fi version 10 times, you may access Wi-Fi developer settings. Please be aware that the same actions must be taken each time you want to access these choices.
You may access numerous diagnostic tools, details about the performance of the connected network, and receive information for nearby networks under the Intelligent Wi-Fi option. Additionally, you may see historical data graphs of also all measured activity or simply the activities recorded by the router. This will enable you to identify Wi-Fi dead zones at your location or monitor the amount of data processed in the background.
It’s great to see Samsung include Intelligent Wi-Fi as a first-party feature because it eliminates the need to download comparable third-party apps from the Play Store or other sources, which are almost always contaminated with malware. One UI 5.0 will become stable in the coming weeks, but in the meanwhile, interested users can join the beta programme and test out the new features.
