The company stated at MWC 2023 that its next smartphone would have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 CPU, but nothing has been revealed about the Phone (2). The Nothing Phone (2), which is expected to launch this summer, is already known to be a premium product. now, we have a very detailed list of expected specifications for the new device. The previously stated Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 CPU is reportedly balanced with 8GB or 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB or 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage in the Nothing Phone (2). The Phone has a 6.55-inch AMOLED screen with FullHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and an in-display fingerprint reader is expected for its display.
Along with two additional cameras—likely an ultrawide and an auxiliary camera of some kind—the list of possible specifications also includes a 50MP primary camera with OIS. NFC and dual speakers will reportedly also be included with the Phone (2). According to reports, the phone has a large 5,000 mAh battery that supports wireless charging and rapid charging. Moreover, NothingOS 1.5 is on top of Android 13. A premium body with glass on the front and back and an aluminum frame can fit all of this inside.
