As reported by Evan Blass, a leaker, the Sony Xperia 5 IV has appeared in some early press images. Sony has clearly put some love into the Xperia 5 IV, appearance, which sticks out with an attractive aesthetic, despite the tiny smartphone not having faced a significant design revision compared to its predecessor.

The fourth version of Sony’s compact flagship, the Xperia 5 IV, will be unveiled in just a little over eight hours, but for many of us, the presentation will take place in the middle of the night.

At first look, one may guess it’s just more of the same from Sony, but the care is obvious in the small touches. Compared to the Xperia 5 III, which had softer rounded edges and a small bend to them, the Xperia 5 IV features a considerably more angular appearance. The Sony Xperia 5 IV, smooth sides should appeal to the millions of Xperia lovers eagerly anticipating the debut of a new smartphone.
Several important details are also shown in the photos of the Xperia 5 Mark IV tiny smartphone, which Sony claims is small while having a 6.1-inch display. The battery looks to have a capacity of 5,000 mAh, a significant increase over the Xperia 5 III, (4,500 mAh), and the camera hardware is listed as “16 Zeiss is working on the lens possibilities for “mm/60 mm.”
