The CPU, which has been improved from the Snapdragon 8 Gen1 to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, is one of the most important advancements. The new processor is a high-frequency variant, with one 3.36GHz Cortex-X3, two 2.80GHz Cortex-A715s, two 2.80GHz Cortex-A710s, and three 2.05GHz Cortex-A510s, providing a significant gain in CPU and GPU performance.
Another big improvement is the camera. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra’s front camera has been improved from a 40MP ISOCELL GH1 to a 12MP ISOCELL 3LU. The front camera of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra moves the emphasis from resolution to pixel count.
