OnePlus has disclosed one of the primary specifications of its next flagship device, the OnePlus 10R, which will be available in India on April 28th. The device will be powered by the newest MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Max CPU, a variation of the Density 8100 designed specifically for Oneplus.
According to OnePlus, the processor will have an “octa-core CPU that can clock rates up to 2.85GHz and the newest Arm Mali-G610 MC6 GPU that is 20% faster than its predecessor” to provide its “signature quick and smooth experience, allowing customers to ‘Stay in Charge.'” The gadget will also be the first in the nation to support 150W SuperVooc fast charging, which will charge the OnePlus 10R’s 4,500mAh battery from 0 to 100% in only 17 minutes.

The OnePlus 10R features are believed to have a 120Hz FHD+ E4 AMOLED display, 50MP triple cameras, and a 16MP selfie camera, in addition to the MediaTek CPU. The business previously revealed that the device will have an 8GB RAM option and a 12GB RAM variant, as well as up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. The tablet will also include stereo speakers with Dolby Audio compatibility, an in-display fingerprint sensor, a 5G connection, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and NFC. The smartphone will most likely run Oxygen OS12, which is based on Android 12.
The MediaTek Dimensity 8100 Max SoC is likely to be a beefed-up version of the normal MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor. To recap, the latter is based on the TSMC N5 5nm manufacturing process and has an Octa-core CPU with four big cores based on the Arm Cortex-A78 architecture with up to 2.85GHz frequency and four Cortex-A55 efficiency cores.
While there is no information on the OnePlus 10R price in India, the phone is expected to be available in Sierra Black, Green, and the Arctic Glow colour choices.
