Qualcomm S3 Gen 2 Sound Platform Best Gaming and LE Audio Experiences

Qualcomm Technologies International, Ltd. revealed a new platform for its Qualcomm S3 Gen 2 Sound Platform. This recently improved solution is designed with gaming in mind. It delivers ultra-low latency of less than 20ms for lag-free wireless audio with a speech back-channel for in-game conversation by fusing Snapdragon Sound with LE Audio. The latency is even lower while only supplying game audio.

The solution will also support the most recent LE Audio Auracast broadcast capabilities for dongles and adapters, which may turn a variety of devices into premium broadcast platforms, including Televisions, phones, laptops, PCs, consoles, and a wide range of other audio equipment.

Snapdragon Sound and Qualcomm’s aptX Adaptive audio technology allow 24-bit, 96kHz high-resolution Bluetooth streaming for music listening. Listeners may hear every nuance of their song just as the artist intended it to be heard because of Snapdragon Sound’s premium music playback capabilities.

It provides reliable connectivity and dynamic latency adaptation based on the external RF environment when linked with Qualcomm S5 and S3 Gen 2 based earbuds and headsets. Players can leave their consoles or computers and continue to hear all the gaming action and take part in the talk without the audio cutting out.
