The remainder of the Z7 series is going to join the officially released and pre-ordered iQOO Z7i. The announcement will be made on March 20 in conjunction with the launch of two new Vivo smartphones, the iQOO Z7 and iQOO Z7x.
The duo will have speedy charging and big batteries, iQOO revealed on its Weibo profile. The Z7 variant will feature a 5,000mAh juice pack with 120W top-ups, while the Z7x will have a mighty 6,000mAh cell with slightly slower 80W charging. The two phones will have a similar design with two cameras on the back.
We expect to learn more details in the seven days, leading to the event. According to rumors from last week, the iQOO Z7 will have a Snapdragon 695 chipset, while the iQOO Z7x will have a Snapdragon 782G. Time will tell whether both phones will remain China-only while the Vivo brand launches entirely different handsets under the same names overseas as it did with the Z6 series.
