Many data about theGalaxy S22 and Galaxy Tab S8 series were released by Dohyun Kim on Twitter, all of which were derived from Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked 2022 event preview. All of the screenshots below were taken straight from Samsung, according to Dohyun Kim.
There have been a bunch of new marketing materials, the most recent of which exposes the Snapdragon 8 Gen1 and Exynos 2200 models’ regional availability. Samsung will offer the Galaxy S22 with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor in North America, China, Japan, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Korea. The Exynos 2200, on the other hand, will be available throughout Europe, the CIS, Southwest Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
The Galaxy Tab S8 series, according to this, will consist of three tablets: the Galaxy Tab S8, Galaxy Tab S8+, and Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra. Snapdragon 8 Gen1 will be standard on all models.
The photos also disclose a 2.8-millisecond reduction in S Pen latency for the Galaxy Tab S8+ and Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, as well as other previously unknown aspects of the Galaxy Tab S8 series. In comparison, the S Pen latency on the Galaxy Tab S8 is still 6.2 milliseconds.
The Samsung Galaxy S22 series of phones will be formally introduced on February 9, however, its official PPT has unexpectedly leaked ahead of time, nearly removing the mystery around this incoming new smartphone.
In addition to hardware specs in line with previous rumours, the PPT also reveals several new additions to the S22 series, including a new “SuperResolution Algorithm” feature in terms of photography. According to the PPT, thanks to the new generation of SOC in the performance of the ISP, the upcoming S22 series can use the native 50MP / 108MP mode of the main camera and the synthesis of the 12MP mode combined with the details of the first and the brightness information of the second, so that the final film has a sharper performance.
Although the 108MP main camera exists in the Galaxy S20 series, it previously only supported pixel digest mode and native mode for separate imaging and this is the first time two modes of the same main camera are used to enhance the final image. This time Samsung Galaxy S22 series, although the rear camera hardware changes little, with the support of the new algorithm, may also be worth the wait. This time, Samsung also added a new AI resolution function, which can invert AI to improve the clarity of 108MP mode, and combined with 12MP mode to improve the brightness performance of this model.
The upgraded mode’s 108-megapixel photo volume is higher, growing from 22.9MB to 32.27MB, and needs up to 2 seconds of background processing time while capturing images, according to Ice Universe. However, the final photographic details and post-production space are well worth the wait.

The Google Pixel 6a has been the topic of some strong speculation ahead of its likely arrival in May 2022. Its design and specifications have also been rumoured. Indeed, the Pixel 6a‘s specifications and renderings were leaked a few weeks ago, and Google has now teased a small audience with a colouring book featuring the smartphone.
It is reported by Droidlife that Google has provided a preview of the Pixel 6 encased in a Google Nest audio product that was recently released to Google’s closed group.
The group is made up of dedicated customers and Google brand customers. The Nest Audio product was packaged with a device that looked like a coloring book from the outside. Google then said the device could be painted, although no further details were provided.
The Google Pixel 6a is a mid-range smartphone with some notable improvements over its predecessor. The current leak illustrates Google’s dedication to pushing the boundaries of their research efforts, as previous renderings showed a gadget with expanded capability. As the launch date approaches, we anticipate Google to provide a few additional leaks and teases.
iPhone iOS 15.4 beta, which was released, has a new feature that allows Face ID to be used without an Apple Watch and with a mask.
Apple says the feature can “recognize unique features around the eye” for authentication purposes. If you choose to use this feature during setup, you will need to scan your face again for Face ID. From there, Face ID will be able to unlock your iPhone even when you’re wearing a mask. In the Settings app, there’s a new “Use Face ID with Mask” toggle that can be toggled on or off if you change your mind about the mask, and there’s a new “Add Glasses” feature to make Face ID more accurate when wearing glasses and a mask at the same time.
In the Settings app, Apple warns that Face ID is “most accurate” when set for full facial recognition only. For a Face ID with a mask to work, you have to look at your device to unlock it, and it doesn’t work when you’re wearing sunglasses. Face ID with a mask can authenticate Apple Pay payments and can be used instead of IDs and passwords in apps that support Face ID, unlike Apple Watch’s previous Face ID feature. Face ID with a mask appears to be a feature that requires an iPhone 12 or iPhone 13 model since the capability is currently unavailable for iPhone 11 users.
Face ID with a Mask: How to Set It Up
When you upgrade to iOS 15.4, you’ll see a setup wizard that leads you through setting up Face ID With a Mask. Follow these procedures to manually set up the functionality at a later time. Note that you’ll need iOS 15.4 on your iPhone to use these features, and they won’t appear if you have an iPhone 11 or earlier.
❶On your iPhone, open the Settings app.
➋Scroll down to Face ID & Passcode and press it.
➌Put your passcode in here.
➍Toggle the Use Face ID With a Mask switch on, then follow the onscreen instructions.
Although Apple has provided the possibility to configure Face ID while wearing glasses separately (Settings -> Face ID & Passcode -> Add Glasses), Face ID With a Mask does not allow sunglasses.
Samsung’s third-generation foldable phones, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 were announced in 2021. For quite some time, the South Korean firm has been working on wholly new ideas in the background. Consider a sliding smartphone with a retractable display. A double-folding phone with two hinges and three display components is also being developed by the business Last year, Samsung Display unveiled a prototype of both sorts of phones.
In this publication, we limit ourselves to the double-fold variant. This device is Z-folding. This means that part of the screen can be folded forward and part of the screen can be folded back. Over the years, Samsung Electronics has repeatedly applied for a patent for this type of device. Late last year, LetsGoDigital reported on such a Samsung smartphone with reverse wireless charging technology.
This time around, the company unveiled new documentation all about the S Pen. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 is the brand’s first foldable phone with Samsung’s stylus holder. Now that the company is able to run the S Pen on a flexible display, the brand’s future foldable models are also expected. They will be equipped with stylus support to be more productive and creative. This is obviously even more true with a Dual Fold phone, as it has an even larger display area.
Samsung’s S Pen-enabled dual-fold smartphone
Samsung Electronics submitted a patent with the World Intellectual Property Office on July 23, 2021. (WIPO). Today, January 27, 2022, a 66-page paper titled “Foldable electronic device incorporating stylus pen” was issued.
A Galaxy phone that can be folded into a Z-shape is shown in the full instructions. When folded, the phone is the same size as a standard smartphone – with the exception of thickness, of course. When you unfold it, you’ll have access to an extra-large and broad display, making it a true tablet.
There is no requirement for a separate front display to be installed. When you fold the phone, the right display component in the unfolded position becomes the front display. A recess is located at the back of this display part.
Since the S Pen is magnetically held in place, it won’t just fall out when you open the phone. In addition, you can thus ensure that the S Pen is automatically positioned correctly for charging – a charging coil is integrated for this purpose. The current edition of the S Pen Fold does not need to be charged, unlike the S Pen Pro. The patented Galaxy phone will therefore also be compatible with the advanced S Pen Pro, so it also has all Bluetooth functions, including remote control. Additionally, it’s also possible to remove the S Pen from the bottom, as we know from the Galaxy Note smartphones and Galaxy S22 Ultra due next month.
Since you can remove the S Pen from the bottom, you don’t need to open the phone first – you can also remove the S Pen from the stand in the folded position or put it back. Samsung has filed several patents for folding smartphones with the S Pen over the past year. Several solutions have been discussed, but most have an old S Pen h similar to this model. It was initially expected that Samsung would unveil its first dual phone at the end of 2021. That hasn’t happened so far. We will probably hear more on this unit later this year. Samsung is anticipated to unveil the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 in August 2022.

A 200-megapixel sensor with optical image stabilization, a 50-megapixel wide-angle (optionally ultra-wide-angle) and a 12-megapixel telephoto lens are used. The front camera inside a hole, on the other hand, has a resolution of 60 megapixels. Details on Samsung and Sony sensors that may have been used appeared online, they have not been confirmed yet.
Wi-Fi 6E, USB-C, Bluetooth 5.2, dual SIM compatibility, and a fingerprint scanner under or inside the display are among the other notable features. The Android 12 smartphone’s battery has a capacity of 4500 mAh and can be charged using a cable that can deliver up to 125 watts. Wireless charging, on the other hand, can handle up to 50 watts of power. The name under which Motorola will advertise the “Frontier 22” in Europe and Germany is yet unknown. Furthermore, we have yet to get any information about the new top model’s cost.
True inventions don’t simply follow the environment around them; they help mould it. We must continue to shatter the limits of what is possible with a smartphone in order to develop the technologies that propel us forward, rewrite the future, and bring light to the dark.

The Galaxy S22, S22 Plus, and S22 Ultra are slated to be the first three phones in this new series from Samsung. The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is being marketed as a replacement for the company’s Galaxy Note smartphone, and it will have compatibility for the S Pen pen as well as a space to store it within the device.
Depending on availability, the flagship smartphones will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset or the Exynos 2200 CPU. The device’s price has already been revealed online, and it is expected to start at $899 in the United States. The Galaxy S22 series isn’t the only thing the firm is anticipated to unveil at its forthcoming Galaxy Unpacked event.
In international markets, Motorola is expected to release a new flagship smartphone. The Moto X30 was revealed in China last year, and it will be released in other markets under the Edge 30 series moniker. The Moto Edge 30 Pro is also said to be the device’s name. The forthcoming Motorola smartphone has already been revealed. The Motorola Moto Edge 30 Pro design images and certain critical facts are exclusively revealed by MySmartPrice in the newest leak.
Renders of the Motorola Moto Edge 30 Pro
The Motorola Moto Edge 30 Pro is expected to launch in global markets soon. The device is probably a renamed Moto X30 from China. The global variant will have minor differences from the Chinese variant. The global variant has the model number XT22014. Sudhanshu tells us that the global Edge 30 Pro will have an in-display fingerprint scanner. In comparison, the variant launched in China comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The Motorola bat logo is also positioned in the lower-left corner of the device.
The rest of the design elements remain the same. It could be launched in Black and Pearl White colors. There’s a punch-hole cutout at the top centre of the screen. The rear panel has a triple camera setup inside the slightly oval-shaped camera module. The power button and volume rocker are located on the right edge of the frame. Other specs of the Moto Edge 30 Pro will likely remain the same as well. It will come with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. A Geekbench listing revealed that the phone will have up to 12GB of RAM. It will also run Android 12 out of the box and will likely have a MyUX layer on top.
On the front, there will be a 6.7-inch Full HD+ POLED display. It supports a 144Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ certification. The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery and supports 68W fast charging. The triple camera setup of the device includes a 50 MP main camera, a 50 MP ultra-wide camera and a 2 MP depth sensor. For selfies, there will be a 60MP front camera.
increased security capabilities offered by Samsung’s exclusive fingerprint authentication algorithm and anti-spoofing technology, the new security IC solution integrates a fingerprint sensor, Secure Element, and Secure Processor into one chip.
SamsungElectronics, a global leader in advanced semiconductor technology, today unveiled its new fingerprint security integrated circuit (IC) ─ S3B512C ─ with advanced security features. The new solution is EMVCo and Common Criteria Evaluation Assurance Level (CC EAL) 6+ certified and delivers performance that meets Mastercard’s latest BEPS (Biometric Evaluation Plan Summary) specifications for biometric payment cards. “The S3B512C combines a fingerprint sensor, Secure Element (SE) and Secure Processor, adding an extra layer of authentication and security to payment cards,” said Kenny Han, VP of LSI System Marketing at Samsung. Electronics. “The S3B512C is primarily designed for payment cards, but can also be used in cards that require highly secure authentication, such as student or employee identification, registration, or building access.
The new circuit Embedded Security is the industry’s first all-in-one security chip solution that reads biometric information via a fingerprint sensor, stores and authenticates, attracts encrypted data with a tamper-proof OS, and scans and processes data with a secure processor Three key functions integrated into a single chip, the S3B512C can help card manufacturers reduce the number of chips needed and optimize card design processes for biometric payment cards. integrated security, biometric payment cards will enable faster and more secure interactions during purchases. that eliminates the need for the ability to enter a PIN on a keypad and also prevents fraudulent transactions made with lost or stolen cards as it verifies identities using a unique and securely stored fingerprint.
Its solution’s encrypted fingerprint data is kept in a SE that has been certified by EMVCo and CC EAL 6+, two widely recognised security standards. The new IC has a patented fingerprint authentication algorithm and a Secure Processor that extracts and analyses the unique features of the fingerprint put on the sensor to safely and reliably authenticate the user’s identification. Furthermore, the chip’s anti-spoofing technology stops unauthorised users from bypassing the security system by using illegitimate means like fake fingerprints.
Samsung has dispelled any remaining doubts that the upcoming Galaxy S series device would essentially be a Galaxy Note 20 successor. The Galaxy S22 Ultra is believed to include a dock for the S Pen pen, which will be a first for a non-Note phone. It will most likely be followed by a Plus and a regular variant, both of which we already know quite a bit about. There haven’t been many speculations concerning the pricing of the Galaxy S22 series, and the most recent one isn’t exactly promising.
The Galaxy S21 series is $200 less than the Galaxy S20 lineup across the board, starting at $799. According to a recent leak, Samsung will raise prices by $100 in the US, which means the base Galaxy S22 model is going to cost you $899. It’s hard to make sense of this supposed pricing strategy, because, despite the lower price, the Galaxy S21 family didn’t outsell the S20. European consumers can breathe a sigh of relief as trusted industry insider Roland Quandt, who tweets from the handle @rquandt, has posted prices for the entire range and there appears to be no change.
Prices for the Galaxy S22 in Europe
🔖€849 for the 8/128GB Galaxy S22
🔖€899 for the Galaxy S22 8/256GB
🔖€1,049 for the Galaxy S22+ 8/128GB
🔖€1,099 for the Galaxy S22+ 8/256GB
🔖€1,249 for the Galaxy S22 Ultra 8/128GB
🔖€1,349 for the Galaxy S22 Ultra 12/256GB
🔖€1,449 for the Galaxy S22 Ultra 12/512GB
The Galaxy S22 model with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage is expected to cost €849, the same as last year’s Galaxy S21. Similarly, the base model Galaxy S22 Plus may cost you €1,049. The base Galaxy S22 Ultra variant will cost €1,249 but the catch is that, unlike last year, the base model won’t offer 12GB of RAM and you’ll have to settle for 8GB instead. That’s not to be ignored with the recently leaked infographics implying that the base version of the Galaxy S22 Ultra will have 12GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. This rumour also mentions a 16GB model. An industry insider previously hinted that RAM options include 8GB, 12GB, and 16GB. Thanks to upgraded camera sensors and a fresh design with consistent bezels, the Galaxy S22 and S22 Plus appear to be excellent in their own right.
At the end of the day, since the Apple iPhone, 13 mini starts at $699 and the Google Pixel 6 starts at $599, the cost will be a critical factor to monitor. Of course, the small is, well, a tiny, and hasn’t received much love from customers, while the Pixel 6 pair has proven to be a troublesome nightmare. The Galaxy S22 might be the finest smartphone of the year if Samsung delivers a polished product.
