The New Galaxy S23 series is expected to be announced at Samsung Unpacked, and Samsung Colombia may have jumped a little, releasing the Unpacked page announcing the Galaxy S23 launch date early. The Galaxy S23 was supposed to be released in late February, but according to Samsung’s official Colombia website, the event will take place on February 1st.

The teaser doesn’t reveal much, but it does show the new camera design with images of leaves and lilacs in the corner, hinting at the names of the newly released colours. Renders of the Galaxy S23 series have been surfacing for a few weeks, with all three models sporting an S22 Ultra-style lens.

Yesterday, official-looking renderings of the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Ultra were released, leaving little doubt about the colours: Cotton Flower, Mistly Lilac, Botanic Green, and Phantom Black.

The Galaxy S23 specifications have not yet been completely disclosed. However, there have been claims that the Galaxy S23 Ultra will contain a 200MP camera sensor. All of this is done in order to produce greater detail and better night photographs. The Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Plus are said to sport a better lens for the 50MP primary camera. All three models will receive the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 internationally, ending Exynos in Europe.

Also with the release of Galaxy Unlocked on February 1, the Galaxy S23 debut date isn’t far off. It won’t be long until we see all Samsung has in store for us. Stay tuned for further information.
