On July 11, the highly awaited Nothing Phone (2) will go on sale. The introduction of the Nothing Phone (1), which took place on July 12 of last year, is precisely one day away from this date. The successor to the Phone (1), the second phone from the up-and-coming London-based tech company, will be launched via a webcast beginning at 4 PM BST time (3 PM UTC).

Nobody has already confirmed that the Phone (2) would come with a 4,700 mAh battery, a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen, and a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 CPU. The upcoming smartphone would receive 3 years of Android upgrades and 4 years of security fixes, according to Carl Pei. Design-wise, Phone (2) is anticipated to resemble its predecessor, albeit with rounder sides as opposed to the former model’s boxy shape.

The Nothing Phone (2) Expected Price in India

It is expected that the Nothing Phone (2) will cost around Rs 40,000 in India. While teasers for this 5G phone have already been released on the famed e-commerce platform, Flipkart will be the place to buy the phone. Based on the publicly announced specifications, the Phone (2) is most likely to compete with other smartphones in the same price bracket, such as the OnePlus 11R and Pixel 7a. It’s important to remember that the original Nothing Phone (1) cost Rs 32,999 in India.

The Nothing Phone (2) design is expected to resemble that of its predecessor, the Nothing Phone, according to recent interviews with Nothing CEO Carl Pei (1).  This is consistent with earlier rumors going around in the tech industry. Pei responded that the future 5G phone would give additional customisation possibilities and increased functionality when asked about the Glyph Interface with LEDs seen on the rear of the Phone (1).
